It depends on which service you are on. Premium class (Goldstar) and Wilderness Express have a sit down menu with separate menu's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Lunch items such as a chicken wrap, black bean burger, etc. If you travel in Adventure Class (standard), your choice are more of a grab and go menu options. I'd post a link to where all the menus are but TA doesn't allow it.
